This post is all about the Hobby Lobby 2021 Christmas Decorations for your last-minute, budget-friendly holiday décor needs.
If you’re like me and the month of December/Christmas totally snuck up on you and you haven’t decorated your apartment for the holidays yet, you need to keep reading. The best place to find CHEAP, budget-friendly seasonal décor is 100% HOBBY LOBBY.
I created a list of a few things I found from their online store that I will definitely be picking up to decorate my apartment for Christmas 2021. As always, sometimes their in-store options differ depending on your nearby Hobby Lobby location. Additionally, sometimes items might be out of stock online, but they’ll be in stock in-store! So always check both if you can!!
I also have to mention that…
Hobby Lobby is doing a 50% off Christmas Decor, Trees, Floral & Crafts RIGHT NOW. This is on top of their already cheap prices. They also rotate their sales often and they usually always have some part of their store ON SALE. Keep this in mind for your last-minute, budget-friendly 2021 holiday décor shopping 😉.
***Disclaimer: Prices listed on the following websites may have fluctuated in comparison to the prices listed below. The prices below were gathered on December 12th, 2021. Prices may vary depending on size, color, and sales occurring at that time.
Let’s get into it…
Hobby Lobby Find #1: Pine Stem
Hobby Lobby is totally my go-to for faux florals. I feel like their faux florals are pretty natural looking and they are SO CHEAP. If these pine stems aren’t your style, Hobby Lobby literally has an endless array of faux stems to choose from. Not only do they have holiday ones, but so many year-round options for all sorts of interior design styles.
You can buy a few to put in vases around your apartment. They would look amazing as a centerpiece on your kitchen island or in a smaller vase on your nightstand. They add that Christmas touch without being overwhelming and tacky.
Definitely something you can easily pick up and put in your apartment for some last-minute Christmas décor at only $5.99 a stem!
Hobby Lobby Find #2: Spruce & Pinecone Mini Wreath
Mini wreaths are the PERFECT addition to your Christmas décor this year, especially if you live in a smaller apartment! They would look amazing on the back of your barstools or hung on some hardware in your kitchen. Or you could place it on a countertop or table and put a candle in the center to make a cute centerpiece.
This would be perfect if you don’t want to spend money on a larger wreath because those can get expensive QUICK.
This Spruce & Pinecone Mini Wreath from Hobby Lobby has similar vibes to the Pine Stems above. I think pinecones scream winter and coziness, so it would be amazing for your 2021 holiday décor. Again, they’re not super obviously “Christmas”, but add in that holiday feel in a super elegant, classy way. Plus they’re only $3.99, what a steal!!
Hobby Lobby Find #3: Light Gold Lacquer Ball Ornaments – Medium
These lacquer ornaments in the color gold are LITERALLY PERFECT for some vase/bowl filler. As I’ve discussed in my Last-Minute Holiday Décor Hacks for Your Apartment blog post, vase/bowl filler is a MUST if you’re decorating your apartment now (a few weeks before Christmas) and you’re trying to keep things on a budget ($3.99 for a box of 4). Grab some ornaments, throw them in a decorative bowl or vase you probably already have, and you’re good to go!
These lacquer gold ornaments from Hobby Lobby look so elegant and high-end. The color gold adds a Christmas touch that’s classy and simple, which I personally LOVE. Furthermore, the lacquer adds texture that plain shiny or matte ornaments wouldn’t give. You’ve got to snag these up!! Can’t pass up these prices either!!
If these specific ones aren’t your style, Hobby Lobby has SO many ornament options. In all different colors and sizes. They usually come in large boxes so tons of bang for your buck!
Hobby Lobby Find #4: Mini Pinecones
On the topic of vase/bowl filler, another option, if ornaments aren’t your thing, is PINECONES. Pinecones are definitely more subtle in comparison to ornaments however, they still bring that winter/cozy theme for Christmas that your apartment NEEDS for December.
Hobby Lobby is a great place to shop some pinecones. They have these mini ones for only $2.49 that are SO CUTE and would look amazing in a big wooden decorative bowl or a large plain glass vase. Even though I love these mini ones, they also have regular-sized pinecones as well if that is more your vibe. I’ll link those here as well!
Hobby Lobby Find #5: Mini Trees
Not sure if you’re seeing a theme, but living in a small apartment = mini décor lol. And I personally think mini things are so cute and a super-easy way to do some last-minute decorating.
I’ve mentioned mini trees in both of my most recent seasonal decor blog posts as well, but they are THAT GOOD. Mini trees are a must, especially if you don’t have a full-sized tree in your apartment this holiday season. Target has some super cute, neutral options, but if you’re looking for budget-friendly (to the max) Hobby Lobby is where it’s at!!
They have so many mini tree options from various sizes to colors. This Brown Sisal Tree reminds me so much of the Bottlebrush Trees from the Target Studio McGee line. But at a fraction of the price ($2.99 – $6.49 depending on size vs $18.00 for 2)!
These Brown Sisal Trees can be placed in a little vignette if you buy a few various sizes. They can be placed on your kitchen countertop or a console table. Pick some up for your apartment NOW before Christmas rolls around!
Hobby Lobby Find #6: Cedar Garland
Garland is another amazing option to add to your apartment for that cozy, winter cabin vibe. But garland can be so crazy expensive. Even fake ones from Target are pretty pricy.
Hobby Lobby’s faux garland is where it’s at. They have a fairly natural look (depending on which one you get) and will blend nicely with all interior design styles.
You can easily place it on a console table or have it frame a piece of furniture (like a mirror on an entryway table or your bed frame). There are so many easy ways to incorporate garland into your apartment this holiday season, necessary for last-minute decorating!
This cedar one is only $24.99 on SALE. You can’t go wrong with that price!! Pick up a few during your next visit to Hobby Lobby.
Hobby Lobby Find #7: Antique Brass Cow Bells
For some reason, I keep seeing bells within a lot of my Christmas décor inspo pics this year. But I’m loving it!! The ones I’m seeing are those vintage, antique bells that have a rustic feel to them. However, those bells are EXPENSIVE to the max.
I found these super cute Antique Brass Cow Bells that look so vintage and unique I had to share. They’re $3.99 for a pack of 6 (what a steal). These bells could be strung with some jute twine and hung throughout your apartment to add that seasonal feel (in the form of garland or in mini bundles of three).
These would be super cute added to those mini wreaths. You could drape them so they’re hanging in the center! This would be so pretty and totally adds some color to your festive greenery.
If you’ve made it all the way to the end…
